If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund with no return delivery charge.
Fair Play Alert: We hope you understand that all returned kit must be unworn and in the saleable condition you received them with labels (don't worry if you've cut the swing tags, we can reattach them for you).
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the original purchase date.
Return delivery is absolutely FREE.
You will be provided with a pre-paid addressed label and a returns bag to place your goods in. Just drop it off at any Post Office and we receive it after a few days.
If you have a faulty item please, please, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Don’t worry we’ll make the whole return, refund / and or replacement process as simple and convenient for you as we possibly can.
We are currently working on a simple prepaid returns service and hope to have it up and running during Summer 2020. Until then please follow these instructions if you need to send an item back.

Once you have the shipping receipts please scan or take a photo of them and email them to email@example.com
We will then refund you the full shipping cost when we receive the package. We use PayPal for this so please advise the email address associated with your PayPal account. Our payment system will not allow us to refund a credit/debit card greater than the amount of the original purchase. If you don't have a PayPal account, it is quick and easy to set one up here. If you are unable to do this then please let us know and we will speak to you about alternatives.
