HOW TO ORDER
1. Picking your gear.
We've grouped all our products into easy to browse categories such as mens and womens, but also by brand, and you can see these categories in the horizontal menu at the top of every page. Or, if you know exactly what you're looking for, you can enter a word, phrase or product code in the search box at the top right of each page.
2. Filling your basket

To add an item to your basket simply click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button .You can see how many items are in your basket and the total cost (excluding delivery) at any time on the top right navigation of each page.
3. Checkout
 / Finished shopping?
Click on "Checkout" and you will be taken to your order summary. Here you will have the opportunity to amend your order and enter a promotional offer code, if you have one.
4. Register or Login
You will now need to either register (if you are a new Gearpest.com customer) or, if you are a returning customer, you will need to log in. New customers will need to enter their personal details such as name, email address and password. These will be your login details for any future orders you place.
5. Billing Address / Delivery Address
Using the postcode look-up is the easiest way to enter your billing address (this needs to be the payment card holders address). You can also enter a different delivery address, if required.
6. Delivery Method
Select your delivery instructions from the drop down list to assist our couriers with your delivery should you not be in. Then select the day you would like your order delivered, also selecting if you would like Standard Free Delivery, or Express Delivery for an additional surcharge.
7. Payment details
You will now need to enter your payment details to complete your order. You will then have a final chance to review and amend your order before payment is taken.

DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

FREE DELIVERY: 
At Gearpest.com free delivery really means free delivery. We don’t have exceptions, gearpest.com offers free delivery on all United Kingdom and Northern Ireland orders placed on our website., so there’s no small print surcharges and free delivery means just that. 
Whilst we offer free delivery at Gearpest.com, it doesn’t mean our delivery service is second rate, in fact we make every effort to process your order as quickly possible. So when you order from us, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

FREE DELIVERY TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS & NORTHERN ISLAND
So many of us Gearpests spend our spare time in the untamed, beautiful places of our land, so it seemed pretty lame to add the usual surcharges to orders from customers who live in the Highland and Islands. So to say thank you to the people who always make us feel welcome in the wild places we’ve picked up all the surcharges so it really is free delivery for everyone.

FREE RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund with no return delivery charge. 
Fair Play Alert: We hope you understand that all returned kit must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the original purchase date. 
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 
Return delivery is absolutely FREE. 
You will be provided with a pre-paid addressed label and a returns bag to place your goods in. 
Please, please, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Don’t worry we’ll make the whole return, refund / and or replacement process as simple and convenient for you as we possibly can.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected by our team (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 365 days of purchase.
WHY FREE RETURNS?
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, you shouldn’t not have to pay for domestic return delivery. 
At Gearpest.com we want you to have a shopping experience just as if you we were standing with you when you receive your order. If you don’t receive exactly what you want you certainly shouldn’t have to pay extra to be satisfied and enjoy your Gear Pest experience.

There maybe some exceptions where we cannot price match, for example, the liquidation of stock in the closing down of another company but we always promise to apply the principles of honesty and fair play in all conversations and interactions with our customers.
